Business Feature: Red, White, and Que

Just a few days ago, we celebrated Veteran’s Day by highlighting one of our favorite local and Veteran-owned businesses, Red, White, and Que Smokehouse. Located on route 22 in Green Brook, our family has been a big fan for a big time — delicious BBQ is a quick trip away from our home in Mountainside, and they have even catered some of our biggest parties yet!

On Emerson’s Birthday Blast in July, we were so fortunate to have a variety of local caterers, including Red, White, and Que — and boy, did they deliver! Our photographer had only been able to capture a few shots when we first pulled the tray of ribs out, because they were gone in less than an hour. Delicious flavor and easy serving made it a huge splash at this birthday bash, and we couldn’t have been more pleased!
